Yayy~ It's a Mavis (she's one of my favorite characters, even though she's technically a ghost XD).
But ahem. Onto the picture itself.
The main point of this picture, from what I can see, is the hair, which is really cool. I mean, it covers, like, most of the page XD And while it's detailed enough, there are a few parts that look a little.. out of place. Some hair covers Mavis's left leg, which is pretty cool, but makes her leg look like it's pulled back when it is supposed to be in front of her. In other words, her leg looks like it's slightly detached/deformed in some way that defies the laws of physics. Try making the hair look like it's looping forward instead (maybe darken a few areas). Mavis's right knee is a little thin, and the same leg's foot looks a little twisted. I think it's got something to do with her ankle? The cloth could use a bit of work as well. It doesn't really look like cloth I don't think cloth really behaves that way?
On the other hand, the rest of the hair looks really, really good. The swirls and everything give a "flowy" (do you know what I mean?) feeling, which is extremely fitting, since Mavis is a ghost The feather in the corner contributes to this as well. Also, the different colored lines that you use to color the hair look really nice. Her expression looks both mischievous and cute, and the ribbon on her shirt brings out the green of her eyes. Her pose is also a pretty hard/annoying one to draw, and you did it justice Altogether, it's a really nice picture. Yay KEEP DRAWING~
